It is the last week of February and I am eagerly awaiting the warmer(not hot) weather of early spring. I have been getting plenty of rest at night, but I find myself exhausted and worst of all, I have a continuous headache. I have tried many methods to relieve this chronic issue. I have a prescription medication, I stay out of harsh lighting at work, and I try to alleviate stress. Nothing seems to fix the problem for long. I am in a constant state of headache. This happens so often that I have come to just live with it. I got new glasses last year and I try to hold off on taking medication so that I do not experience any side effects of too much ibuprofen. I am at a loss.
So what is there left to try? I am definitely willing to try new ways to make this issue go away or at least lessen the severity or intensity of the headaches. Any advice is gladly accepted and considered.
I know that this is not about education or literature, but I am seriously at a loss about this. Not having a headache daily will make teaching and literature more interesting and better for all involved.
Until next time,
Cat
